Will Japan launch a reconnaissance satellite for Vietnam next year

I know japan and Vietnam cooperate in reconnaissance satellite.
but I don't know exact year they launch the satellite .
It maybe somewhere around next years. does anyone have any updated news.

The satellite was launched in May of 2013.

Tho there are many other continuing plans with Vietnam in regards to other satellite orders.

Japan launched some pico satellites for Vietnamese students in 2013. I don't know about Vietnam's "IGS program" in 2015, 2016. Can be a packet included radar satellite with some Kawasaki P-1s

Don't worry you will get game changing missiles . Called Brahmos and other tactical missiles in fact secret sharing of missile technologies are very common nowadays . Akash SAM system is the best technology for veitnam if it wish to have cheapest best quality SAM to have them in numbers and later upgrade to MK2 with better range . Barak -8 Sam also be sold in near future

What ever you want you can get help from India which is most friendly country in the world. If Vietnam shows this same commitment for our bromance then Indian Navy will the first to come for its rescue incase of any misadventures by China . Indian Vietnam partnership will be more productive than pakistan China relationship . It's more to have credible trust with other and take on the bullies for our survival . It packs more punch than just an ambitions of china and Pakistan . Veitnam can start a new diesel-electric submarine for its own navy in Indian shipyards in separate new shipyard for this particular project. It will be more cost effective in longer run. Destroyers like INS Kolkata Class will provide much more powerful punch the veitnam wants so lots can be done. But with less money affordable by Vietnam there must be India's part in engaging with this kind of agreement and buy submarine for it fleet . Now we can have more things to share our bond will increase .
