Bangladeshish are doing the same mistake as Pakistanis by equating themselves to the whole Muslim diaspora, it's true that many people hold a negative image of Bangladeshi mainly because the lower strata of immigrants engaged in illegal activities, but Muslims in West Bengal are not at all discriminated as verified by comment of Chief of Minority Cell, Also Bengali Muslims in West Bengal consider them Bengali first as opposed to their arab peers across the border.

As for comment by railway police DG, it's an unfortunate comment and it's his personal opinion, he could be a bigot, but surely an exception among liberal majority.

Illegal Migration is not the fiction of imagination of some random DG of Police. It is a reality in all states of the Indian North East. West Bengal, Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura, Manipur and Mizoram. I have even met settlements of migrants in Arunachal Pradesh claiming to have come from Sylhet. They speak in a dialect which was not very easy for me to understand initially, but after some time one could understand what they were saying.

So should i make a seperate thread for what each of them said and ask indian members to comment on it?
