On topic, in one of the recent series of High mark exercises, the aim was to conduct 8000 sorties within a two week period, using all PAF assets and infrastructure including motorways. The target was almost met until a Mirage was lost due to severe weather condition but none the less flying almost 8000 sorties without major mishap proves both the PAF's preparedness and professionalism.

but this is the minimum expected by any air force or in fact any military unit ANYWHERE..

if YOU WANT to seperate the PAF from the rest then POINT out some thing unique

Radiclisation is noway to run a military. DISOBEYING orders from superiors shows serious crack in your operational capability your mindset , your leadership.

This has been well documented enough on the infiltration of radical Islam not only in the Armed forces, but also in PAF and in PN. A notable incident in PAF was Mushaf Ali Mir's alleged involvement with Abu Zubaidah as investigated by Gerald Posner. Of course, this would come in the domain of conspiracy theories to most people here, but it is a significant fact that higher-ups were very much complicit in the radical Islamist indoctrination. Another notable figure that comes into picture is DG-ISI Mahmud Ahmed.

Of course havnt you heard all senior military personal have to attend a madrassa for 3 years befor they graduate. In fact they have a big madrassa at Kakul lol
