I gotta admit i am not familiar with what is happening. What kind of logic is that he is scared and that's why he is not coming? Modi is PM of India, but that doesn't change the fact that his alleged connection to the genocide against Muslims in Gujarat 2002 is open for everyone. He is in India and he is PM of India, does that mean he is not guilty?
It is same India that rewards person for leadership for alleged genocide against Muslims. Yet you expect a Muslim scholar, Zakir Naik, to have faith in the same India that maintains communal spirit?

Regarding the accusation, If he is in Western world, he would have been caught by now if he is actually promoting terrorism. Terrorism is very serious offense.

I am not in favor of Indian govt banning this preacher. Muslims should decide themselves if they want him to continue exploiting their impressionable minds. Sufis and Shias have already disowned him and have called for a ban. A similar statement from Deoband abd Bareliy should also come if they are in favor or, not.
