You are right it is 21st century but sir our Islamic principles have not changed these are still the same why not to be followed them.

So, according to you, riding mules, horses and camels or fighting wars using swords and sticks are "Islamic Principles" too ? Islam is meant to be a religion for all times and all places, not just medieval tribal Arabia, no ?

One party here (salafi/wahabi) only follow Saudi and STRICTLY do Eid on same as Saudi regardless of local/nearest moonsighting or not.

Other sunni party follows normal procedure and waits for local / nearest Muslim countries moonsighting to confirm Eid.

I wanted to say that Quran and sunnah are both the same....If moon dispute has been created somewhere that be solved according to Quran or the Sunnah... One option is still at the UK to resolve it with the "ejtehad".

Our Muslim ummah has not ability to resolve the moon sight dispute then what resolve the other issues of war... We are not even united on moon sight then on what issue we will be one. Muslim leaders and in our Islamic leaders have no ability to resolve the disputed issue what raise between the ummah...

chirstan way is false there are certain groups in christan who celebrate chrismas in january.on the other hand eid is dynamic it comes in all weathers and is a reward for fasting month of Ramazan which is very logical

There should have been fixed date for ramazan and eid even if it comes all year along.

As always KPK,Balochistan and some other regions will celebrate Eid a day before..

The garrisons in those cities will celebrate a day latter.

So it's like an advance eid and than the "united" one.

Its a humble suggestion that any single place on the globe should be declared as reference for moon sighting, eids and all events should be celebrated on same dates. Moon sighting should be based on lunar calculations, rather than sightings. There should be one Islamic(Lunar) date for all the world(each day).
Here it should be noted that, this reference place will serve in the similar fashion as Greenwich, for muslim world, and this should be situated at the place where moon appears at first(most probably somewhere in west, and necessarily Saudi Arabia).

Arabian muslims always celebrates Eid a day before Indian Muslims. As far as I know Indian Muslims celebrate Eid on a single day.
