Do some homework on your history and facts, Bin Laden was a CIA stooge, used in US's war against Soviets, no body provided him safe heavens he came to Afghanistan after Soviet invasion in December 1979 and was almost permanently there fighting against Soviets invaders and then US invaders who invaded that country for no reason. 9/11 was an inside job, all the so called declared "terrorists" who were accused buy your government of hijacking the planes (many of whom turned out to be alive and living in other countries) were of Arab origin, not Afghan.

Now the question that is to be asked is what is USA doing in Afghanistan now?

Playing policemen in foreign countries allows multi Billion Dollar defence industry of the US to create more demand which they are more than happy to supply and legitimize spending more and more on defence.

Afghanistan, Syria, Yemen etc will see peace when the US economy takes a breather and recovers some. Then they will sit down with countries like Iran and Russia etc etc as need be, to work on some peace, otherwise it will be more of the same.

The politics of it will sort itself out and the political analysts will be kept busy scratching their heads and coming up with shiny @rse theories as to when, how and what happened.

Meanwhile, the old conflicts like Palistine, The Kurds, Kashmir, North vs South Korea, even Ukraine vs Russia will make sure there is always the threat of the next big one.

Why fix things when they work perfectly as broken.
