I didn't feel more freedom in US than here in China, what freedom do I average person like me go after? I just live my normal life in both US or China. The only different I strongly feel is China is much much safer than US, I don't have to worry about being robbed or shot when venturing out at night.

Name one Chinese innovation that has helped the world in modern sci and technology or in bio medical sciences. Well there's none because you believe in copying stuff. None of your school can come close to the IV leagues here. Hows that for a fact.

You get a lot of tall claims and sound like US is your fatherland, I also know what US is like first hand, and I guess you've never been to China, so you already lost when talking with someone who lived in both two.
But anyway, this thread is about US highspeed railway , the video was made by US, if you guys don't agree with the contents of the video, take issues with those US government professionals, they explained every detail of this general problem in the video, please finishing watching it and post.

Yes I watched the video. But does not really apply to States like Texas that are thinly populated and spread out. Perhaps in densely populated areas of NE like NYC, Chicago etc... places I stay away from
