Why the CIA doesn't spy on the UAE

Those quotes simply mean that the US is spying on both the UAE and KSA..but on a different level.. NSA for the UAE and most likely NSA and CIA for KSA..There is an agreement that CIA won't spy on England, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.. but NSA might listen in..same with UAE..
