Because Pakistanis have an inferiority complex towards Afghans. You suck up to them and worship them.

This is not an army exclusive thing, you can't pin this to the army. Go on any social media site and you will see Pakis simping for Afghans and even defending them by cursing themselves and their own people, despite pretty much Afghans despising them to genocidal levels, and holding racial superiority beliefs over them.

All in all, you are only tough against Indians.

It won't achieve anything, if we truly care about Pakistan we need to do something about the national government

It's the only way to truly progress as a nation

To fix the government, an armed struggle is out of the question

Once you bring violence in, foreign elements slide in as well.
That's why a Private army is only useful when fighting alongside governing forces..
The issue is that the government uses force whenever it wishes, whilst the civilians cannot.

How do you replace the current system, with a meritocracy that truly values the Constitution and Islam?

Does this mean a full scale operation or covert operations only. On a serious note, i just have an innocent question( don't think this as a a personal attack just asking this q out of curiosity) , i don't believe the dollar bs or cause, But as a soldier are u satisfied with ur leadership, at one side u have genocide of kashmiri's going on, on the other side the khawarji's are on a kill spree, and ethnic nationalists gaining ground in pakistan, how do u sleep at night knowing all this suffering happening around u. All this could have been averted, if the army would be doing their job the right way but it isn't like that, which proves their is something seriously wrong in the top leadership, which begs the question what is it. The solution to this problem is teaching pre islamic history of pakistan especially the indus valley civilization, gotta own ur ancestors whether they were muslims or not, people need to know the accomplishments of ancestors so as to m keep distinct identity from rest of the muslims, and stop painting afghans as brothers in books but every shit they pulled off against pakistan should be in the books, paint 'em as fucking barbians.
