Since the Fall of Apartheid, and global development opportunities all around local peoples, the expectations of a good life free of discrimination has gone up. Those that cater to the demands of local peoples will prosper, and those that ignore them will be shut out. South Africans won't accept the status quo. Non-Black South Africans wont see as much opportunity in South Africa and will look to move abroad if they can. The next 30 years will be a era of trying to reverse the effects of Apartheid.

The competition and racism has warped Indian Culture and caused an increase in incivility. People have become more focused on transactional relationships. Hence, the danger not only to Africans in India, but all foreign women. The same danger or discrimination is not there for White men. They only have to fear being robbed or scammed.
