Why people hate Imran Khan?

I was in Pakistan recently. I visited streets, towns and cities. Talked with people on the ground. Out of many questions there was one that interested me the most: why common man hates Imran Khan? Logically speaking he is the most successful Pakistani and the greatest ambassador for Pakistan. He has lived a life of triumph and goodwill. Brought down an empire of corrupt ruling elite. Yet somehow people I talked didn't particularly like him. So what's the problem? Well most people said they didn't like the fact he had a child out of wedlock. Also many were under the impression that he married a Yehudia instead of a Muslim decades ago. Others were against his marriage with Pinki Peerni.
In other words no one I met had anything negative to say about Imran Khans politics. It all went down to his personal life which is frankly speaking of no concern to ordinary people. So why the focus on his personal life than politics? One word: PMLN.
This mafia of a party has not only corrupted the country financially during its 30 year rule, but also morally. It has brainwashed the masses into focusing on things that do not really matter, while distracting people away from things that matter the most. Unfortunately for Imran Khan, people that are mostly illiterate and very easy to manipulate, easily fall prey to pmln propaganda.
So what do we do now? We counter it with truth. We tell patwaris that having a child out of wedlock is not a crime, that marrying a Yehudi is not blasphemy and that Pinki Peerni is not just a fortune teller but Imran Khan legally wedded wife. If we manage to get this straight to Imran Khans haters we might be able to change their perception. After all a good anti dote to propaganda is a better propaganda. So let's start with accepting Turion Khan as Imran Khans first child who lives a happy life with her step brothers in England.

Well if Imran Khan has a bastard child then I say Imran Khan should not be Prime Minister of Pakistan.

I have changed my stance. Usually I supported Imran Khan, but if it true that Imran Khan had a bastard child then Imran Khan should be disqualified from becoming PM of Pakistan.

Exactly that's the core of the issue I expressed above. If someone has a child out of wedlock, that has been legally adopted and raised with the man's other legal biological children, then why is it still a problem for common man? Of course if Imran Khan had left the child at the hands of child care services, and didn't care if she lived or died, then of course it would have been a matter of concern. But as long he took good care of the child and raised her as good as other sons, then why would he still be a "bad" immoral person?

None of those things were an issue---Imran Khan made all these things an issue due to his " lack of understanding " of a revolution.

The nation was in his palms when had started the " sit in "---his near ones told him to make a sacrifice of some of the young ones to overthrow the govt---.

Imran Khan forgot when to strike when the iron was hot---.

That was the start of his downfall---.

He dethroned the king last year and yet the king returned with popular slogan Mujhe Kioon Nikala. If Nawaz Sharif had resigned back in 2014 under pressure, or completed term in 2018 without Imran Khans dharnas, it all would have been the same for pmln.

Yes it's a sin not a public crime like corruption, theft, murder and robbery. Since common man is unable to distinguish between religious sin that is entirely personal matter and punishable offense under the law, people will continue to hate Imran Khan

Imran Khan is neither a murderer or a killer. He made his best case against Nawaz Sharif in front of Supreme Court and after he was disqualified, he made his best efforts to make sure he doesn't return. Yet Nawaz Sharif kept coming back by changing laws and other dirty tricks.

Actually if i remember right, the ruling was against him because he didn't turn up to court.
