WHY PA DO NOT OUTSOURCE these JOBS?

I saw these jobs being advertised.Why PA/PAF/PN do not outsource these jobs and become leaner and meaner. It would help to concentrate on the core tasks. For Example:
1. Chefs/Cook : Contracts should be awarded on best proposals. Multiple companies would come in and people would get jobs. back ground checks of companies properly done just like most countries.
2. Sanitary Workers: small and medium companies would be created by entreprenuersand cleanliness would transform from tapri to mop culture. More tax collection..growing economy as well....remember when batman were removed in musharraf era people made hue and cry...but it helped alot......Your thought....!

BPO is not as popular in Pakistan as it is in other countries especially in the west. People who apply for jobs in the government sector do so as it's seen as a job for life with the financial security net that comes with it. The corporate sector in Pakistan is ruthless and cutthroat with very little in terms of financial and job security offered.

“I have to control a large work force of eleven hundred people in my concern. I do not want to go into lengthy and difficult legalities in court kachery. It is much easier for me to fire any one who is not up to my requirements.”

There is also the issue of security vetting which corporate sector employers are not equipped to comply with.

Security is a major issue.

Most of the terrorist incidents at major military installations have been done through these people. The canteen wala's, batmans and labor class. They are easily blackmailed and they would do anything for a buck.

Outsourcing these guys would create further complications in their security assessments.

That is a facade which any reference can negate.
I know of Kamra bringing in a Brilliant electronics expert but well known Hizb-ut-Tahrir and Taliban sympathizer because he had a contact vouch for him.

This was when the JF was having its screens flickering and shutting off mid flight.

They are contractor for food , canteen , barbers etc not sure about janitor but I am sure it is

The batmans(funny superhero name for a desi version of butlers), jamandars and using a jco/nco to do personal chores at home are all remnants of the gora raj and need to be done away with. Let them do their jobs professionally. Without a captaan sahb or a major sahb bossing them around and bullying them for no reason.

My guess is these jobs need security clearance and outsourcing it private sector may also open them for espionage activities.

Personally I assume HT have no interest in weakening our armed forces as its thier stated agenda to try and convince Muslim armies around the world to do military coups, take over their countries and then establish Khalifah.

It's for this dangerous reason why these idiots are banned in most Muslim countries and purged from the armed forces.

It is better to outsource these jobs & hire more technical, engineering people. Proper background check should be done for outsourced jobs/Companies....!

I know still a lot of officers who retired took on their favorite batmans as khansamas after retirment. Lived in Rwp Cantt so know a good number of old timer retirees.
