Why no "MUHAJIR" has any problem living in Punjab ? Punjabies dont complain either

I grow up when there was operation against MQM gangs in Karachi by Benazir government. I remember many from Karachi moved to our area and they were welcomed. They told stories about kidnapping , bhatta , black mailing many of them sold houses to lower price and moved to Islamabad Lahore area. Same stories as we hear today but that time media wasn't same. I had many class fellows from Karachi and they told me same thing. Now i live in Norway and have few urdu speaking so called Muahjir friends and they tell same stories. Stories are same how MQM gangs operate and also how Phatans are involved in crimes as drugs weapons etc. Some of urdu speaking told me they picked guns when phastons started to make gangs etc.

But what my point is there are ppl from all over Pakistan who move to Punjab but no one complain in Punjab. Most ppl from Karachi are educated and respected. Phatan are involved in smuggling and few other crimes but many other work hard and live honset life. I meet many from Gilgit in my school they were very good in football. U will almost never hear any punjbai complaining about they are coming and taking our jobs like Phatans has taken over most shops spesialy clothes and transport biz only complain i have against them that they smuggle alot of stuff from India China etc.

Talk with facts than just saying MAYBE !!!! I am not saying punjabi are more welcoming ppl or better ppl. I am saying that ppl move here from other part of country never gets problem as we se in Karachi.

yeah right, in sindh LEAs stops punjabis and ask are you from punjab? staring with stange attitude as if he is from mars, like the treatment karachiites get in lahore

karachi is a multicultural cosmopolitan city, nobody even knows who is punjabi who is not, people are more tolerant in karachi then any other place in pakistan esp punjab so please spare me this BS that punjabis get different treatment in karachi based on their ethnicity

karachi has more ethnic people living than entire pakistan, nobody even knows let alone cares which ethnicity is living in karachi

punjabis are also the only people in pak who dwell in every province of pakistan with sheer number, the ex CJ iftekhar chaudry is a punjabi residing in quetta, the hinkowans in KPK, the mirpuris of kashmir, moin khan, zaheer abbas karachi based punjabi cricketers, junaid jamshed, rohail hayat, asad umar, the police men, the rangers

and punjabis still complaining about how less welcoming the other provinces are as compared to punjab

Most of the law enforcement in Punjab are from Punjab whereas in karachi mostly are from Punjab or interior sindh , very little locals karachietes are in the police department or from rangers .. there is very little presence of local karachietes in the police department

i have lived 3-4 years in karachi - there are many differences in Karachi and Lahore

1- In Karachi - no one say he/she is from lahore, rawalpindi, multan etc they are all labeled as punjabi whereas in Punjab people take city name like he/she is from Hyderabad, karachi etc ...

2- Punjabi people are more welcoming as most of the mohajir families got there son/daughters married to punjabi and in karachi they are being not integrated in the society

someone says above 70% of GDP is contributed by Karachi ... lol what about 70-80% of Pakistan food is being produced in Punjab ?
KPK says they produce electricity but failed to understand that Punjab provides the Food to all other provinces ...

my dad's friend n family was punjab and we didn't even know until they talked about how they wanna label themselves as mohajir than punjabi

we have got all sorts of mohajir people from different cultural backgrounds and we infact cherish the diversity not suppress it

in few years punjabis may out number mohajir people in karachi

No matter what MQM supporters says - Whenever MQM say karachietes, what they mean is "Urdu speaking community only", It was ethnic party, it is ethic party and it will remain ethnic party.- few non-urdu speaker in party for decoration will not change this fact. I belong to Karachi, was born and raised in Karachi. After 14 years of age I spent more than 15 years in Punjab and KP 2/3 and 1/3 respectively. I partially agree with

Urdu speaking people in Karachi isolated themselves from others. The time which I have spent in other provinces forces me to say that I do not agree to this as well.

Integration of Mohajirs in Karachi cannot be attributed to non-social integration alone. They constituted major part of population and had lesser opportunities of inter-regional marriages, especially when it was a more conservative society then.

I have found bias in Punjab and KP also, which is but natural. Yes I will agree that people from both the provinces are welcoming and very loving, so are Karachites . On the other hand people from rural Sindh are very possessive, but this does not mean that they are not welcoming. However, some individuals with vested interest have divided this nation.

We must learn to be Pakistanis. This is the only path to our salvation as a nation. We should stop doing politics in the name of provinces/sect/religion and work as Pakistanis and reject those who are trying to instigate such prejudice.

Same is the situation in Lahore, very little local lahoris go in police department. But the thing is, we never cared about such things like you guys..
