You what always suprised me about White Castle its chain based in the midwest with midwestern feel but its main market in the East coast is NJ and the 5 boroughs of NYC once you leave the 5 bourughs of NYC and NJ no White Castle

How chains work in the US is bizarre. You can have a Carl's Jr in like Rawanda but zero in the entire NorthEast.
