As for Arabs, they have historical animosities with Persians, which feed both of them against each other. It gets amplified by Shia-Wahabbi intolerance.

b) when challenged on the bluff try to get personal about other persons alleged nationality and pretend they cannot know india as much as they allegedely can
c) if b) is also not sustainable then argue that as indians they can do anything they want within borders(kill, rape, humiliate) and others cannot ask.
d) Finally deflect to issues in pakistan and china/turkey and change the topic .
