Why Hong Kong should send back ‘asylum’ seekers from India

. . . .
Totally agree with you brother.

China is not an immigration nation. Should we start giving Chinese citizenship to every foreigner who asks for it? Especially from these anti-China countries?

Do you want us to take in all of these Indian asylum seekers? Vietnamese, Filipinos?
dude, relax...
I just say, I can feel for them....
I am not for granting them permanent protection.
Residence regulation on mainland China is very strict, for the last one decade, only several thousands have been given residence (not citizenship), and none of them is refugee.
But we did receive a lot of refugees during Sino-Vietnam war and the current ongoing conflicts at Northern Burma. But basically, those refugees are of Chinese background, both Han or Chinese minority background.
Maybe it's time for HK to adopt stricter laws just like on the mainland.

.
India has given people freedom to raise anti national slogans in their own nations. I doubt even the beacon of democracy US can provide such freedoms.
I have never heard of Indian refugees anywhere. Let alone HK. Its news to me.
Send those so called refugees back,

. .
These Indian "asylum" seeks should appreciate their Indian residency, which foreigners need to pay $1.5 million for. Our Indian friends here have been telling us it is well worth it. Don't understand why they are dumping their prestigious Indian citizenship like a pair old sneakers.

Brother, this was actually an evil time bomb planted by the British way before the reunification of HK and our motherland
Could be traced back to the colonial era
British praised for giving out the so-called helping hands to impress the world, on the other hand, we paid the bill

The success of Mainland China/HK/Macao/Taiwan/Singapore is because of the ethnic Chinese.
Importing low-skill and low-intellectual immigrants does nothing good to the local economy.

Absolutely correct.

I was only a kid during the 1997 HK handover but I remember how much trouble the British were stirring up at that time. Really unbelievable.

I remember the nicknames they used to give to Chris Patten due to his "last minute suggestion" of HK democracy just before he left.

Bro, agreed with you 100 percent
This faked asylum seekers did way more than no good
They've been committing crimes in HK on a daily basis
Be it "murders, stealing, drugs dealers, raping, molesting females right on the street in broad day light, organized crimes like black mailing, gangster style bullying etc
We're just fed up with these criminals

I have been to HK and lived in a hotel in 尖沙嘴。。。
I was told, do not live at those cheap hostels inside the 重庆大厦,very dangerous.
And keep an eye on your surroundings when u go shopping on the small lanes in 尖沙嘴!
I was furious! Since when on the Chinese soil, safety at night becomes an issue?!
The lack of action or inaction of HK SAR authority on the public order is making this financial centre less attractive.

Exactly.

The only good thing I can say about them is that sometimes they sell interesting things in Chungking Mansions. Which is basically a ghetto.

The bigger danger I think is that some Northern Vietnamese and Northern Filipinos can eventually assimilate and become like a local, many of them can already speak good Cantonese.

Really we should be looking after Chinese citizens first. If those guys need help they can go to other countries which have an open door immigration policy.

Yes you are completely correct. HK law is too soft on these guys.

According to your logic then chinese should be the most educated and richest emigrant in US.So why are the chinese failed to be No.1 in American society as an emigrant.By the way india do not have common(race, food, culture etc) with US so to become successful, except language barrier. The major factor is not ethinicity, but the background of education, skills, tolerance makes an emigrant successful, no matter they are coming from any country.
