Last December South Sudan shot down a Russian helicopter. Other than condemnation there has been no response.

I was skimming old threads by Martian2 (someone accused me of being him) and I came across this one.

All of the Vietnamese here were gloating about how mighty Russia cowed the Chinese "bully".

But but but when third world South Sudan blasted your friend's helicopter out of the sky and killed their crew..... I'm waiting for Russia to bomb South Sudan for eight months already, nothing happened.

South Sudan must be a military superpower for there to be no response from Russia.

Sudan is a major trade partner and Russia cant afford to lose it

nothing goes unbooked. This accident will be noted in the kremnlin achievements and next time they get back reparations like banning Sudanese vegetables and other protectionism.

How stupid is this? For every little thing if there was a response there would be like a war every month.

Nothing goes unpunished. That's why we have bad blood with Israel and Syria.

Maybe Sudanese officials apologized and offered something to Russians. How can we know ?
