No oil pipeline is going to be made-if it is it will be well made, won't be easily leaking, GB section of CPEC is somewhat completed- road infrastructural to completed hai.

Kyon yar, connectivity is not bad. Roads are already made. Quality needs to be improved.

Once I visited skardu on public transport.......NATCO. Although I enjoyed the scenery but it was tiring journey. Sometimes you don't get PIA flights due to bad weather conditions. However people of nothren areas are very nice. Peaceful and trust worthy. I love shangrila resort

There is no well made pipeline. You can't do that. With a very poor track record of Pakistani maintaince facilities, there is no way around it. Pak North is a very sensitive area. Add massive deforestation + no gas + trucks/trains + tourism + no proper facilities = disaster bigger than a nuke.

Even if it is made, Chinese will make it, just like they made most of the part of Karakorum highway, which is well-made. Deforestation along road line is already a cost we have paid, true there needs to be a proper plan for it. We keep forgetting how well Karakorum is maintained, i don't see why we can't maintain a frigging pipeline.
