Why don't these companies operate within Pakistan

I have this question always in my mind. Why don't companies like Amazon and Paypal(commodity and finance) operate from Pakistan? Even as engineer, I felt that companies like DigiKey and Mouser also don't operate in Pakistan. What is the problem? Pakistani people buy things from these vendors and use Paypal as well. All of Pakistani money first lands in some other country, and then it is routed to Pakistan. Why?
Please share if you know something.

We have better alternatives for Amazon e.g Daraz, Aliexpress etc.

Thank you sir. So indeed these companies are operating in Pakistan, but not using their own name, why? And secondly, what about the international fund transfer services, like paypal?

Its not about Amazon, its about the deficiencies we have in international and national finance policies. I am after that key parameters that are decisive, specially for Pakistan.

So, in nutshell, bureaucracy of Pakistan is sleeping.

Just woke up in 2017.. but there is reticence from the companies also.. they seemingly prefer the Indian huge market.. and some will most likely start operating soon in Pakistan..

Indian factor is there, but we are also best at losing opportunities. Specially our domestic hate and unfair treatment with policies and people makes it even harder to achieve financial and social coherence.
