Not retake.
Paracel and Spratly never been controlled by Chinese before 1956. In Vietnam war chinese stolen Islands from us. 74 south Vietnamese were killed in Paracel 1974 and 64 Vietnamese were killed by Chinese when they invaded into South Johnson reef of Vietnam.

Today Chinese made hug artifact Island on South Johnson Reef of Vietnam.
