Lets compare these two nations, Norway a small country population wise. Yet they have some of the best infrastructure, the cleanest cities in the world, tough rape and sexual harassment laws. And then you have India, infrastructure could be better, women's rights are non existent, millions of women and children are sold into sexual slavery, filth, dirt and pollution everywhere, over 300 million poor, and close to 450 million below the poverty line, poor public health care.

The question is can India rise up to the standards of Norway, where they take care of the environment, and the people, where they have very tough laws against sexual harassment and rape, and corruption. So the question is a simple one "Why can't India develop like Norway?"
