Mughal were invaders from central Asia. Another chapter of Indian invasion started with Aryan invasion. And Maratha was just an empire within Indian subcontinent. Did Charlemagne's empire represented the whole Europe? Of course not. Neither would the regional empires within the Indian subcontinent.

This is not surprising, because "India" land, no a nation has its own specific historical records, basically was alien occupation, race is quite complex, is a hybrid out

The land has been referred as Bharat or Bharatavarsha throughout history with foreign names India and Hindustan throughout history, all land East of Indus river and until Himalyas in the north had been India throughout history. The name China is traced to Portuguese colonial period and mostly confined within East/South of Great Wall of China.

Dude there's still people here that believe that the Brits done nothing in the unification of India. Usually when you have a differing opinions I don't mind it all, but when there's a guy denying basic fact like this is where I draw the line.

What are views about cooked and uncooked barbarians in Chinese history and I heard most of Southern China wasn't Han Chinese even a 1000 years ago and they prefer to call themselves as Tang Chinese now.

BTW my mother tongue in Hindi and I find it sharing light years distant similarities with European languages.

"Tang" wasn't even a concept of ethnic. It's just one of the names of how Chinese people call themselves (especially overseas Chinese) no matter if they are Northerners or Southerners.

Manchus (Qing) and Mongols (Yuan) were foreign invaders to Song and Ming, not "China".
Qing, Yuan, Song and Ming were Chinese dynasties.

Only basic stuff. (No one ever pick Indian history as their 1st choice. On the account they never bother written most of their history.) My spec remain in European history especially the 18th century.
