Why are Bangladeshi students turning to extremism?

It is not 70 / 30.

When there was polling system in facebook, There was a vote about the most hated country among Bangladeshis. Over 5000 voted and India came out top along with Israel followed by Pakistan :)
If they take a poll right now India will beat Israel and Pakistan by a huge margin because of Rampal.

Al Zakir isn't Kashmiri He speaks quite fluent Sylheti its close to Urdu I myself am Sylheti

You are a typical dosa eating Indian hoping that one day you will marry a Punjabi girl. I don't mind your sentiments, but you should step out of the chasm of slavery and respect and love yourself for who you are. There may be darker nights, but you should understand that the sun always rises on the other end. Your so called nation is one of the poorest and most decrepit nations on Earth. You can take some pride with some high rise buildings, but inside your heart you know the pathetic state that bhartis live in. Why not do something about that instead of coming to chest thump about your third world nation on a Pakistani forum?

You are right on the line now. :D It'd be a pleasure doing an old friend. Just keep on.

You are a loyal house slave. I will give you that. Keep making those cars bro.

.....said with all the bite and viciousness of the idiot who gave his ones an old vest by mistake, and watched them troop out of the door.

It's like having ten Pakistans packed into one large package. Each part is violently proud of its own self, and works willingly and hard for the others. Go count the number of Punjabis in Bengaluru, or figure out whom that archetypical Chetan Bhagat married (why she married him is a completely different puzzle). Or Boney Kapoor, for that matter. Or Dharmender, the film actor (remember the guy?).

You are a bonehead, but from time to time, you hit your own peaks of excellence, and at those times, it's a rare pleasure to be around.

You are a level 7 moron..Al-Zakir himself says he is Kashmiri and you are here to fight me over his Bengali identity...I don't give a rats *** if Sylheti is connected to Mandarin or Swahili....none of that changes the fact that HE CLAIMS TO BE KASHMIRI...why don't ask him? I did not "assume" him to be anything...he himself made the claim...your grandpa alright?

Please don't get arguments with an acne-afflicted teenager who works out all his pent-up fury on this Internet forum. He isn't lasting here, that's for sure. Probably got an even shorter life prospect than I have.

Lol....will probably see him on a youtube darwin awards nomination video in a couple of years.

The biggest problem with one rather monocultural kind of Pakistanis looking at India who haven't been in India is that they can't imagine what it's like in daily life in any major city. They can, and do visualise pretty well what happens in towns, the smaller ones, especially. That should prove something or the other, just at the moment I can't be bothered to tease out the details.

You might also like to instruct him on the antecedents of the Sylheti dialect, and why it has less to do with Urdu, more to do with its linguistic descent and environment. But that would never penetrate to his bigoted brain.

I get what you mean. But I feel there is hope for many of them. @LA se Karachi recently described the integration of Bengalis into Karachi here:

https://defence.pk/threads/karzai-backs-modi’s-remarks-on-human-rights-situation-in-balochistan.445155/page-6#post-8592860

I definitely wont base my impression of Pakistanis overall on this matter through this character we are "engaging" with in this thread. That's what I like about this forum a lot. There is a good diversity of Pakistani views unlike some other forums I have known before where people were banned quite quickly because of not circumscribing to the "us vs them" narrative.

But you did say "one kind of Pakistani" so you seem to understand this too (probably better than me).

Last time I checked I won the war and your grandpa lost and ran away with his tail between his legs to a distant country....if you are happy with the outcome of the war I am happy for you to....Joe and I are discussing about presenting you the Darwin Award....nobody attacked you.

Sorry not worth the effort.

There is another kind which could easily take its place in the forefront of society in any country. That is the kind we need to engage.

I have realised this with time....I thank this forum for providing the opportunity to do so after being denied being able to in several of its predecessors/equivalents that I had frequented in the past.

nobody attacked you.

Dear Joe did call him acne-faced teenager....the very thing an acne-faced teenager would call a "personal attack" and make a big issue of.

I do like watching ole Joe in action in such engagements :)
