As an indian i think pakistan has won the War as Pakistan is considered to be weak yet india has done everything to conquered it but each time failed so this only tends to show pakistan is much much stronger in everything from india

1947-48 - Undecided. Both india n pak were unsuccessful in keeping the whole of JnK
1965 - Undecided. Result partial to india.
1971 - india. Pakistan got a bloody nose.
1999 - india. pakistan's aim to dO a siachen to india met with international humiliation.
