Now usually, I never take their material seriously 'cause obviously whatever they publish in regard to Pakistan will most certainly be negative.

Coming back to the article and the Title of the Topic.... After reading the entire article and realizing that there was so much negative talk about some Pakistani TV Serial /Drama and India's reservations relating to its content.

The fact that her Twitter handle has Hindi, could indicate that she's pro-Modi and/or pro-Nawaz Sharief - but what's the difference these days.

I would say don't sweat it bro. Sellouts like these are dime a dozen. Apnay waqti munafay ke liye woh sub kuch kerne ko tayyar hotay hain chahey mulk or apnay hum watno ka mustaqbil tabah ho jaey. Those channels are earning from such videos and their audience is Pakistani mostly. Her audience is Indian, and she is earning money by selling herself to Indian audience.
