Who tapped phone call, rauf klasra points nawaz sharif !

Yeh phone taip kia hota hay :undecided: Everyone knows who has the ability to do this but its just easy to blame it on a political leader. Third empire bara yaad ata tha naa, woh empire sab kuch tape bhe karta hay aur moqa anay par replay bhe karta hay :sarcastic:

Its fine to attack the national television and gloat over it on the telephone, not so fine to tape the call and bring it to the public's attention. Only in Pakistan, of course.
2 wrongs don't make a right my friend.

Government of Pakistan have right to tape call records when its a matter of national security. Imran khan and Qadri was planning take over and bloodshed so they did the right thing by exposing them. All politicians should be under 24/7 surveillance.

I am afraid I don't see the wrong here just as people see nothing wrong with video-tapping a condemned man's confession in exchange for postponing his sentence. Come on, be consistent.

Aap badshah aadmi ho, can say whatever you like. However, bugging phones of your political rivals (remember Watergate scandal) and recording confession of a convicted criminal that could help in investigating crimes and potentially putting certain individuals behind bars thus protecting the society are indeed two different matters.

Are nhi sir :D. I am not saying both are similar, just pointing out the apparent bending of the laws in both cases. Its not lawful to tape someone's phone calls (yet a certain agency does do that of course) and it isn't according to the law to record someone's confession (again!) whilst he's on death row and about to be hanged (and there's not even a precedent in this case to the best of my knowledge). Yet only one is being supported.

balochistan govt has formed a JIT to investigate the matter. how is it bending the laws? and in any case if fruitful evidence comes to light which can help apprehend other criminals who are roaming freely then it's in fact good for the people who are at the receiving end of those crimes?

How is it according to the law even? Does it usually happen? Has it ever happened before? If no, how and why exactly was a prisoner condemned to death taken outside his special cells to another place to videotape a confession again knowing well that he would say anything to get his life spared or at least get his sentence postponed?

Oh, there are better strategies if the real objective is to combat crime rather than settle political rivalries.

I don't know if it's according to the law but I think it's not, which is why a JIT has been formed to probe the matter, as I've said before. But it does happen in many countries where the police team up with the criminal to get information out of him in return for a smaller sentence. Even in Us and Mexico where they nab small members of drug cartels to get intel on the ring leaders and all and in return the guy has his sentence shortened by a few years.

under which clause of the constitution?

WAIT......you'll ask for the CLAUSE of the CONSTITUTION???? With MUSHY's picture under your name........if you ask your boss, Mushy, there was NO constitution. He broke it, killed it, dragged elected officials by their hair, put them in illegal jails, and showed punches on the media in Pakistan's Parliament, etc, (to the entire globe, the most third class display and arrogance of power anyone's ever seen). Now this same arrogant dictator is homeless and will end like this.

People like Mushy, put such a bad name to the hard work, honesty and integrity of all other soldiers, and to their blood as so many parish protecting their country. I am glad Kiyani and now Gen. Sharif came up, these guys are neutralizing the damage Mushy did t to the image of the military!!

under which clause of the constitution?

By the way, let me break the mystery on this, I can tell you who did this. I've written a LOT about the potential of Pashtunistan, what was behind the sit ins, and all. And people who support IK (specially the Taliban fractions and their rich Pashtun businessmen, etc), wanted a safe heaven in the shape of Pashtunistan.

The idea had Indian and Iran's backing also. So the Pak Military had learned about it a LITTLE late, right after the Parliament attacks, but they got the picture. And many operations were started ASAP to avoid a militia type war against the state of Pakistan. Due to those relationships, and support, IK was, is and will always be under investigation, meaning phone tapping, etc.

Who do you think asked him to wrap up hit little show in Islamabad???? And they gave him face saving of the Peshawer attack. Otherwise, he was going to wrap up under "to support my country, I decide to quit".

The military and NS have come MUCH closer since than. They may not see eye to eye on things, the Gen. Shariff has told NS that the military will support his direction and that everyone's goal is to take Pakistan forward. Which is what NS is doing and will do. A modern, newer, shinny, tolerant, terrorism free and infrastructure rich Pakistan's birth has happened. From this point on, it'll just go up and above!!
