During my childhood a friend of my father hunted a Markjor after getting permission from wild life dept because male markhor is too old to reproduce and not letting young ones to try their luck.
He send some cooked puloo to us.
Meat was very strong and gamey in flavor and color was very dark.

it is halal? good for health? snakes poison didn't effect maarkhor?

we let ourself to be surrounded by enemies. we gave whole afghanistan on plate to our own sworn enemies aka NA.
we let RAW to infiltrate in karachi and Balochistan, so that our our commander in chief and army general mushy to continue his regime and turn blind eye on MQM's militia which went to india to get commando training.

we let TTP to grow and bite us..

Markhor is halal....snake poison don't effect markhor neither its meat.

being mountainous animal maarkhor's meat would a strong and healthy.. i hope habibies should not find how good maarkhor's meat is..

Note:

Markhor don't hunt snakes for eating, they killed them when encountered and chew them since they don't have hands like human....because of snake poison they became dizzy and in that state a white color foam came out of their mouths and as per locals this foam is like anti dot for snake bites and they collect it for that purpose.

It is nessasary to kill old males even now a days to hunt selected old males you need to pay near one crore pak rupee.

Old males hold up to 6 females even when they got to old to reproduce...the giant markhor don't allow young ones to mate their females so to increase their population old ones hunted.
