Prepare cvs and drop at talent hunt agencies and production houses like six sigma, momina duraid, momal entertainment etc.
For a much better exposure they should also prepare their own video skits conatining funny performances or dialogues delivery from fampus pakistani dramas and post them on their fb pages n yputube accpunts and adevertise those pages n videos ,social media popularity also acts as a platform to a break in showbiz,

CVs don't get jobs in this industry.

If you are a male then you better be a son of well known personality in the industry. If you are a female you need to indulge in casting couch to get a break.
