I think no one really knows about them that is why honestly I have no clue about Saudi navy however if you say ksa army or airforce most people know it is world class equipment wise.

We have a formidable navy defense wise only. Our flagships being 3 5000 tonnes Al-Riyadh La-Feyette stealth frigates, armed with Aster-15 air defense missiles and Surface to surface Exocest missiles. Our navy managed to hit 3 Houthis training camps using those missiles, as well as make a naval blockade of the entire north western Yemeni sea.

We also have 4 Madniah class 4000 tonnes frigates armed recently with Aster-15 and Exocest missiles. 4 corvettes also armed with harpoons but primary air defense capabilities, one of our corvettes led a counter-Piracy operation in the Red Sea which destroyed some 9 pirate boats and liberated 2 ships using its infiltration units, that is across the past two years.

We have 9 patrol boats armed with harpoon missiles and primary air defense weapons. 3 Minesweeper vessels as well and 3 support vessels.

Regarding naval aviation, we have 12 specialized Anti-Submarine warfare Cougars also capable of in land attack helicopter operations where it conducted several CAS operations in Yemen in support of Saudi Marine Corps. We also have 24 Dauphin helicopters specialized in search and rescue operations.

Currently we are negotiating to obtain 2 Alrigh-Burke class destroyers or Type 45 Destroyers (Descion not yet made). As well as 4 German dolphin submarines or 4 french Triumphant class submarines, the bedders are still submitting their prices regarding the submarines.

One of the most professional combat unit in Indonesian Armed Forces have at least 45.000 more personnels. With more than 600 amphibious armoured vehicles such as BTR 80A, BVP 2, BMP 3F and LVT 7A and with more than 150 hundred artillery pieces such as RM 70 Grad, LG 1 105 mm, and Sovyet made artillery tube our Marine Corps is one of the largest marine unit in South East Asia.

Our Air Forces maybe is just a craps compare to some Middle East countries but not with our Navy, we have a proud about them.
