White House unfollows Modi on twitter

It was likely a bad decision by one of the many ‘indophiles’ in the US establishment. People trying to be ‘more loyal than the king’.

If the White House starts following one set of foreign government handles, other ‘allies’ could take offense that they aren’t being followed so where does it stop?

Better to not follow any foreign leaders and undo the mistake made.

That is most likely true but even Modi's adopted father, Donald Trump, has deserted the former's Twitter handle.

I think it has something to do with the US religious panel scrutiny on India's treatment of Muslims. But maybe it's too early to conclude that.

Still, this piece of news warms my heart.

Are you one of the Indians that actually dislikes Modi and rejoices in him being embarrassed?

Most of the Indians on this forum, save for a few Indian Muslims, seem to rally behind Modi because of his ‘anti-Pakistan’ rhetoric even if they disagree with his domestic politics and policies.

Be prepared to be called a false flagger.

LOL :woot::woot::woot:

It wasn't very long ago that Modi-chee spent so much Indian taxpayer money to host his abba, Dolan Trump-G in an event called "Namaste Trump." How have the mighty fallen?

What's next? Maybe it will be about Modi-chee being issued a travel ban by America and major Western countries.

Some world leader and statesman we have who is increasingly become an international pariah.

Here's a nice Bollywood song for the Bhakts to heal their wounds. It's by Sonu Nigam. Although I can't stand him, even a broken clock is right twice a day.

Tick Tock, motherfuckers. The Emperor (Modi-chee) will soon have no clothes left. o_O

Sanghis will take the time to respond and say they "do not care" and Modi still has 20 billion followers.

. . .
I think it is because Modi twitter account is so active, even he can twit every 2-3 hours

He doesn't operate his own Twitter account, there is an entire IT cell that handles that.

It's more of a status symbol for him and his lackeys, PR gimmicks...trying to be the most popular kid in a room. Narendra Modi and his followers haven't evolved from a playground Alpha jerk mindset common to children.

Not necessarily a false flagger.

His name and his posts indicate he is a left leaning person. The pakistani members usually refer to communists as scum here and I tend to agree with them being scums .

Even in the 1962 war with China , they supported China so treason is in their blood.

Coming back to your argument. Most of the members who support Modi here don't support him only because of his Anti Pakistan rhetoric. This is something Pakistani members will learn as their democracy matures. We may hate Modi for all his domestic politics but on the international stage , he isn't Modi the poltician but Modi the Prime Minister of India.

Even if we disagree with him on domestic issues , on global stage he represents India as it's PM. Except for guys like OP ( if he isn't a false flagger of course ) who are communist vermins eradicated from all state governments , no one would celebrate any humiliation for Indian PM , real or perceived.

True. Germans in 1940 also said the same. They disagreed with Hitler with his domestic policies, but defended him on the international stage because he was "their leader".

Good. Keep up with your Hitler and Nazi rhetoric. That really helps in trivializing the matter. World sees your rants and then looks at Nazi Germany, finds you Childish and moves on. Nearly 9 months since India's Kashmir move, what have you achieved? Nothing. Cost of calling Modi as Hitler is Kashmir. Go ahead.

This discussion was not about Kashmir or Modi.

It was simply about Germans and Hitler. Wonder why you are equating Modi with Hitler?

The Nazis started off with calling Jews bloodsuckers and parasites and over 20 years, they progressed with that rhetoric until they concluded that there needed to be a final solution, and started incinerating Jews. Pajeets have already kicked off their run with lynchings, gangrapes and setting people and property on fire! Doesn't look good for you pajeets!

I wouldn't necessarily justify the average Indian (that opposes Modi domestically) support for Modi with 'maturing democracy'. Contrast Indians rallying behind Modi on the international stage with American support/criticism for Trump.

You can't seriously argue that India is a more 'mature' democracy than the US, and we see that in the US those who oppose Trump (Democrats, liberals and anti-Trump independents) will not shy away from attacking him on international or domestic issues and will crow about his 'failures'.
