Apparently US refuse to salvage the submarine for free, which could cost as much as $200m, almost as expensive as buying a new submarine, while China offer to help for free.

Some indonesian members in here keep licking the US as the super very best ally, meanwhile China is a bad guy. Just like Jews mainstream propaganda media potray.

But when our country have such tragic event, The US did offered help but with Charge at least $200 Million USD (Almost the same price with brand-New Submarine), they only think about profit & business.

Meanwhile, China offered help to save the remains of 53 our National hero onboard KRI Nanggala (402) for Free in the name of Humanity

Just like the Vaccine,

US just don't care about lives of other people.
Meanwhile, Chinese split half of their Vaccine Production Capacity to save other's people life

Same case in Indonesia,
US still don't want to send vaccine to help Indonesia until this day.

Imagine, how much our Healthcare workers Hero would die if we waiting for american to export their vaccine to Indonesia?
Meanwhile, Chinese become the first to help & send their vaccines to Indonesia. Until this day, Indonesia have 75 million vaccine, which more than 90% comes from China (68.5 Million from Sinovac & 1 Million from Sinopharm)

And because of that, Indonesia already successfully Vaccinated all of our Healthcare workers hero (100%) and (50%) of Our Police, Soldiers & Govt official

But but but
According to Anti-China trollers, captain america is the best no matter what. And China is the bad 😓

White guy dick is the best according to them

Sorry buddy I think Indonesia is Indonesia's best ally in the end of the day , Indonesia needs to become more industrialized and self sufficient in both indigenous technology and military gear.

Indonesia like any other nation doesn't have true allies , it's only ally is itself

So no China isn't anyone dam ally , it isn't own ally to begin with

Of course it's the best for Indonesia to stay with our Non-Alignment policy.
And it's the majority of Indonesian think too

But this thread to slap those Anti-China member who think Captain america is the best and holy ally

Captain America doesn't even care about itself , it's run by corporations lol

for native indonesians mostly thinks both USA & China are worst to be allied

China: Helps out salvaging remains in an accident of a neighbouring country. For free. No strings attached
U.S. regime: Tries to exploit situation to gouge country out of money.
U.S. regime propaganda: China spying in South China sea and threatening peace with underwater spy drone plot disguised as helping out other countries. America pivoting to China for global peace.

Then Americans wonder why the world hates their country

LOL anybody that's been in the inside of Indonesian politics or have passing knowledge knows that Indonesia is more closer to the US than to China. Even people from Rand acknowledges it:

Indonesia Sees the United States as Its Best Partner, but Limiting Factors Remain
Despite Indonesia’s strong desire to balance its security relationships, the United States
remains its preferred partner. The 2015 defense white paper refers to the United States ten
times—double the number of times it refers to China (or Russia).
176
It states, “The United States (US) is a strategic partner [emphasis added] in the development of institutional capacity, operational capacity, professionalism of human resources, and the weapons system
modernization.”
177
The document highlights the following items as hallmarks of cooperation:

Framework Arrangement on Cooperative Activities in the Field of Defense Between the
Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia and Department of Defense of the
United States of America, signed 2010 and enhanced with a joint statement dated October
26, 2015

Indonesia-U.S. Security Dialogue

U.S.-Indonesia Bilateral Defence Dialogue

Military Assistance Program

International Military Education and Training

Foreign Military Sales

Foreign Military Financing Program

This to add that most of indonesian decision maker doesn't see china as a reliable partner in defense field:

TNI sees security engagement with China as less of a value-for-time proposition than similar
engagement with the United States. According to U.S. and Indonesian military officials, TNI
sees the United States as more transparent and more reliable than China. TNI buys Chinese gear
that is inferior to U.S. equipment mainly because it is less expensive,
179
but the pervasive
corruption of Chinese arms sales results in far less effectiveness than a more transparent system.
China is seen as providing poor maintenance and sustainment, if any at all. When Indonesian
officers go to China for military education (according to a U.S. official in Jakarta), the language
of instruction is English, and the students are segregated from their Chinese counterparts.
180
“China’s military exchanges are just optics,” said an official from Indonesia’s Ministry of
Defense. “They don’t care about building capability, which is what we care about. We don’t like
to spend our money to pay for courses in China, when we end up gaining nothing from them.”
181

Indonesia will remain neutral & reap the benefits from playing both sides but if Indonesia are forced to chose we will chose the US hands down.

One and maybe another one Indonesian I see here look a lot like a CIA 5th columnist than anything else. Nothing neutral about him just keep on posting anti China posts like no tomorrow while Cheering USA and co.
Because according to you neutrality means worshipping the chinese when they intruding & stealing territory?

US government-funded trolls are all over this forum.

Other way around. This forum collective standard dropped the moments we let the chinese in here.

China does not need Indonesia to be its ally.Indonesia is an ally of China as long as it serves the interests of Indonesians.

As Chinese diplomats have said, our values are human values.Every nation should serve its own people. These are our values. And some politicians in some countries have taken money from the Americans to harm their own national interests and fight against China. Is it in line with the will of the people of these countries if China strikes back against them?

Look at Australia, their government and media are controlled by the Americans, what have their people gained from confrontation with China?
