most of the good laptops are not available from authorized dealers. very few i7 models are available..

you can get any and all brands in India . but its cheaper in the States , so if you are going there buy one on best buy and have it shipped over to where you are staying . you will save at least 200$ ,

To check Indian market you could go to amazon.in, flipkart.com , acer.com--india, asus.in, apple.in, hp.com--india etc to see which products are available at what prices.

I think you could do the same for pakistan, just replace .in with .pk or choosing the region/country.
