Do we have any active protection for our tanks? If not we should work on it with Turkey, as they are actively working on it. Turkish leopard tanks faced difficulties in syria against ATGMs. Active protection plus reactive armor seems to be the need.

There are actually two Al Khalid variation. MBT2000 and MBT3000. I'm talking about the old Al khalid

It is a very good upgrade of type 59 tank. Very effective back in late 1990s but now atgms can make easy work of them unless there is ERA on them to survive atleast 1hit.

Khalid class has better surviviblity.
