Baathists would have to suck their own thumbs before they give any autonomy to Kurds. As you know, Baathists are ARAB Nationalists. They are sort of like Nazis but replace Germans with Arabs.

SAA will win. They are fighting mostly foreign terrorist mercenaries paid by the sowdi oil money and trained by NATO. The civilized educated Syrian people are with the government.

Kurds will eventually align themselves fully with the Baath as will smaller Syrian rebel factions. Isis is a flash in the pan. They could never win. Simple cannon fodder to be used abused and later discarded. They are just too delusional and drugged up to know any better.

Civilization must win. Cave men and their warped stone age mentality don't have a place in the modern world. Let them go die a slow death in the Arabian desert.

Absolutely. As this conflicts stretches forward in time, all of the parties involved lose their military and economic clout exponentially. Already it is evident that the civil war, anarchy and unrest have caused so much instability that the states of Iraq and Syria are at the verge of collapse. They will take a long time to get back on their feet and an even longer time to restore whatever semblance of military parity they had with Israel before the war started. As of now, however, if a traditional Arab-Israel dispute were to erupt, Israel would easily steam roll over these countries.
