Taste bud varies, but in terms of culinary technique and intricacy of preparation, French and Chinese cuisine reign.

Indian food .. by a very wide margin.

I can't eat the actual chinese ... but Indian chinese (i.e. spicy etc) is fine.

Remember Delhi at times .... the chaats are just unbeatable - Aloo Tikki chaat, papdi chaat, dahi bhalle .. hooh....

Chicken 65 taste sucks in Chennai, it tastes like fried chicken with no spice at all.

Arab cuisine. Tasty, fresh, healthy, diverse and neither too hot or the opposite.

If I had to choose an particular Arab cuisine then Lebanese/Syrian/Yemeni and parts of Saudi Arabian cuisine are amazing.

Otherwise I like THAI, Indian, Italian and French.

The other cuisines found in the Middle East (Turkish, Iranian etc.) are quite similar to the Arab cuisine.

Not that fond of Chinese, Korean or Japanese food to be honest. Too much raw fish or pork....
