Spain by far.
Much stronger economy than the rest, middle military power with nice ageis like destroyers, naked beaches, Penelope Cruz, ect.

Turkey is not in Europe otherwise they would be in EU. Poland population is too small, Ukraine's economy is worse now than it was in 1989, with lower GDP per capita infact (even though inflation alone should have doubled their nominal GDP).

not sure how true this is. Uganda bought 6 Su-30 at $124 million a piece including training and maintenance.
and I think it's pretty damn expensive to fly a big figheter like the Su-30 and the parts aren't cheap when importing from the Ruskkies.

maybe India member can enlighten about the cost of the Su-30MKI for the long term cost.

ask yourselve this,

F15 Strike Eagle are a potent AA and AG platform, can Su-30MK2 do the same?

The 2 were not in the same league, by the way only F15K cost 100 millions, a basic Out of the factory F15E were 35 mil in 1999 dollars, thats about 47 mil in 2015 dollars.

How much cost from an American fighter is very much depend kn what kind of goodies you want in your fighter. The basic USAF model is as I said, about 50 millions in today money. Same as Su30 series, MK2 cost anywhere between 37.5 mil to 40 mil, MKM cost 50 mil, MKK cost around 60 mil..and so on

Yes but Russian weapons are 2-3 times cheaper than EU's or US. Also their defence department is self-reliant and don't need much foreign equipment, thus the current sanctions and fall of Rubble wouldn't hurt them much. and they generate a lot of money for defence through weapons sale.

Also, Austria has much bigger economy than Ukraine and they aren't at war either. Not to forget to mention their training.

Austria is a very small country compares to Ukraine, although its GDP is larger than Ukraine, but Ukraine has better potential because it's bigger
