Spain. Ukraine is a basket case.
As far as the ranking goes Britain and France outrank Russia economically and Germany militarily but are very far behind Germany economically and Russia militarily.

Yes but Russian weapons are 2-3 times cheaper than EU's or US. Also their defence department is self-reliant and don't need much foreign equipment, thus the current sanctions and fall of Rubble wouldn't hurt them much. and they generate a lot of money for defence through weapons sale.

Also, Austria has much bigger economy than Ukraine and they aren't at war either. Not to forget to mention their training.

Fly away cost isn't everything.You forgot about spares,life cycle of engines,etc.These are usually costlier in Russian hardware which generates high maintenance costs and low availability of the machines.In essence,they drain defence budgets just as much as more expensive hardware acquisitions.

Yeah, I took it from the Vietnam deal where they bought 12 Su-30MK2 for $450 million. I think it was more than just flyaway cost but excluded training costs as they already had 20 fighters.
