When Pakistani Air force pilots not only breaks the defense of US Aircraft carrier but also US proud

US wanted someone to perform that dare devil stunt, they didnt wanted to risk it on there pilots. Futhermore then wanted to see to what extent others can plan, kind of out of box of thinking test. This excersie helped them to collect the needful data which would have allowed them to configure there system further. Virtually they might have tested there system against the data recorded to validated there security is indeed working in such situation. On the otherhand the machos who pulled up this feat were indeed proud of there achievements, which they should be because they performed very well calculated risky maneuver. But this doesnt mean it was defeat of US security system in real terms. This kind of games are played by biggies all the time to test there security systems and capabilities of opponents.

Kudos to bravehearts, this would surely boost there morale and would further help them to build upon there tactics.

my reading is that PAF-PN knew about weaknesses of carriers by studying the naval air engagements of ww2 against battleships and helped Americans to understand big bulky ship's eternal weaknesses against agile, small and lethal platforms. Another example is of sea skimming ASh CMs. Now these days however they can detect and take necessary countermeasures against low flying small objects.

I had read somewhere on this forum that same technique which you mentioned was used in an exercise by PAF pilots against F22 i guess.It had surprised US pilots.

we used f7s with f22s in red flank 2010, we badly lost. Not sure if they used this tactic or some other.

They flew very low and almost near the surface of ocean.

That is a skill which every pilot should try to master.

I dont know why it has not happened uptil now but i can see in near future all surface skimming cruise missiles will be made stealthy...

There are too many innovations happening in attacking missiles... from ballistic to cruise to supersonic cruise....

Aircraft cariers may become obsolete ... to hard to defend... like battle ship has become obsolete

Probably Bravado or to test if the plans works?
Because if it can work against US probably it would not only moral boaster, but also help them to plan things on Sub continent front more aggressively. Achievements like these act as boost agent down the line.

So finally you brought up the subject now read my words clear there is no concept of "Dharti mata" among Pakistanis, We love and die for our country but we don't call it our mother , Read it few times then print it out and take it somewhere which pleasure you mostly ....
