When can we see Humanitarian Aid move to Syria?

In Past , it was a tradition that in cases of conflict or Humanitarian crisis Pakistan always played some role with Humanitarian crisis resolution

Infact we see Pakistani forces being present in Africa for UN activites of course Africa being in middle of no where and mostly random countries

So my thoughts were how come we do hear about a Humanitarian operatins kick starting for Syria / Reconstruction specially since many areas have been won by Russia/Turkey/Syria

Considering we are in Month of Ramadan and it is Islamic teaching to send in Aid
Food , clothes and Medical help when you can't actually help physically

Is the delay due to lack of crops , wheat and Medical supplies ?
Is the delay due to lack of Volunteer efforts in Pakistan to collect for war victims?
Do we need to await for UN entity which does not recognizes most Muslim Issues?

Just was thinking as it is what 4-5 years but we don't hear in Pakistani Circles about Humanitarian Aid to fellow muslims effected by war.

It has been an odd last 3-4 years , because normally Pakistani Military and people are quite active in Social efforts to help other suffering Muslims (Sure we may be not as rich as Saudi Arabia) but they help has always been there in some capacity even some symbolic C130s taking supplies of food or offer to help rebuild

Or if the trend for social work and humanitarian aid has changed

Actually i am a staunch supporter of sending the Armed Forces on Foreign missions.

I don't know but I felt some differences this time around with Syria and Yamen we don't even talk about

Some where along the last 15-17 years there has been this tectonic shift in the Humanitarian footprint of our nation from being active around the world and now we are reluctant to speak up or contribute even by sending food or other goods needed for places in crisis

It's almost like we await for others to act first before our Timid politicians , slowly say something in favor of refugees or victims

Humanitarian help is a part of religion and global phenomenon

Or may be if Pakistan helped thru Turkey and we don't know about it that is another story but
as a Muslim I felt a bit shocked at Omission of Formal Aid and Humanitarian Mission to Syria by Pakistan on formal channels

Politics is one thing but this is about, general people suffering yet I don't see any push to send in Medical Aid, Food , Construction equipment and Mobile Hospitals

Bit disappointed abut Pakistan's National Actions as we have been traditionally know to be Front Runners in Humanitarian work

We need some Level of Channel at Government Level to offer Help

Or we need some sort of network with Turkey to help Syria

And this time around we are talking about help to people inside Syria

Both folks outside / and folks living in Destroyed Syria

I am sure we can do ample

a) With Food Supplies
b) Medical help , medicine Health care mobile centers
c) Construction material (Cement, Construction machines , Tractors)
d) Navy help ship to take supplies for victims of war and folks who are suffering

The erie Silence has been shocking and is very Un Pakistani , and Un Muslim behavior

What is the best channel

a) Via Pakistan-Turkey humanitarian help
b) Direct help via Government of Pakistan to Syria
c) Direct help via OIC
