May be in inda not in pakistan. The biggest jatt clans (never heard word gotra in pakistani punjab) of pakistani punjab are cheema, chatha, waraich, virk and sandhu in central parts of pakistani punjab.
Gotra is a hindi word. The Punjabi equivalent is Gote which basically means last name. We also have a lot of Sandhus, Cheemas, Virks and to a lesser extent Chathas and Waraich Jats in east Punjab.

No one uses this "punjabi" word gote in pakistani punjab. We simply use the indigenous words called "zaat" or "baradari" or "qaum" for clans and tribes. In official documents it was always "qaum".
