Yes that is a variant of the Seiko 5 Day Date model 4219A. The "Glitter" Filigree Bezel tells me it was manufactured in the early to late 1970's. If you have kept the movement in good repair and it still has the micro rotator movement, it would be worth a decent amount on Ebay.
Interestingly the miyota movement by Seiko was also used in many of the cheaper Omega Sea masters of the 1970's and 1980's.
Classic Sekio's are very much in demand.
