Apologies for the bad picture but can you guys tell what rifle is this and how much it sells for?

this looks like a single shot break action of 'some' caliber(most likely a 30 caliber of some sort e.g 308 or 30 06 hard to judge. The name brand(H&R???) is escaping me but this is not a very expensive rifle atleast in USA. 200 to 300 dollars at best.
Also seen this setup for shotguns as well but hard to judge from this angle.(It would be even cheaper if it is indeed a 20 or 28 guage shotgun)
I could be wrong (not an authority) so just lending an opinion .
