Dumbest thing Turkey could do. As someone pointed out earlier, we aren't strong enough to wield the amount of influence (what little we have left thanks to Dipshit Davutoglu) we do while we are inside NATO rather than outside it . If we had a 1.5-2 trillion USD GDP plus a large stock of modern strategic weaponry (nukes) along with a smart/ visionary strategy for foreign policy then it would be a whole different story.
