What kind of beggars we've in Pakistan?

My friend gave money to a beggar and he bought Alcohol and started dancing on the road and telling us to dance with him and than i meet one in GCC he had Nissan patrol and asked me 200 which is Pakistani 5600 rupees and i said to him sorry have a nice time

Look like plenty of professionals are there .
Here we have also some ,once in our state the police arrested an old man for begging in restricted area .
You know what he has 15 lakhs Fixed deposit in post office .
He can live a luxurious life with the interest .
But his character is sinked in to begging .

Honestly i get the trust in Allah Concept. But having complete knowledge that beggars is a proper business with divided areas. the beggars you see in Markets And Specially Signals. Still its ok to give them in the name of Allah?

You have so many needy right in front of you. the Chotu working on the workshop, The chaey wala boy, the waiter, the Sweeper of your street, the kaam wali masi, the pheri wala, The Mali, The Cobbler, The Kulli, They are all needy. Give them.
Plus all the credible charity institutes that are everywhere. Donate to them even if you have 10 rupees. For got sake not those Charsi baggers. Allah have given us insight and knowledge to see

I fail to recognise who's a charsi among them . For me they seem equal , innocent.

I feel pity when I see their hands or foot broken .
Some are even deprived of both foot and hands and arms , it really hurts me .

May Allah help them , I get their pity even if the life made them charsi and they came in being with a disability , we should still give them if it's only chars that's keeping them alive and distract from their misery of life.

But obviously , we need to be careful from the terror organisations that asks our money to buy weapons , we should immediately report them .

Its very rare to have beggars here. They've never chased nor bothered you. They make a talent musical/painting whatever and put it on display. Honestly no beggar here has ever chased you or gripped onto your clothes.

It's as though yes they may be beggars, but they still have somewhat self-respect. I admire that.

Cause begger in America entertain you so they're some what useful for the country ,
But in pakistan , they've decided to live with misery rather than hard work . That's the dilemma of this soceity , if u ask me .
