M84 isn't, just add 1200 or 1500HP engine and Ukrainian Nozh ERA which is comparable or equal to Russian Kontakt-5 Relikt ERA. M84D and M84AS are the best based T72 design with a range of improvements in original M84 model compared to original/standard T72.

T90 isn't a T72 since T90 uses some elements of T80 which Russians can produce at for them acceptable prices.
