Joined at the hip with Twitter now. As Musk drains Tesla to fund Twitter misadventure, Tesla may reach a point where it makes sense to sell it to GM or Ford (or even BYD, if antitrust allows). That may be the exit strategy.

Elon Musk is what is going on. They are also slowly cancelling the guy.

1. He has become too powerful.
2. He speaks his mind. Not everyone likes this. Especially those in power. Notice how US political figures and Musk fanatics have recently objected his decision for allowing Trump to return on Twitter.

Granted Musk isn't always 100%, but the real reasons for the backlash are political in nature.

You are mistaken. I work for a financial firm and have access to all their research and positions so due to SEC compliance rules my investments basically have to be managed by somebody else (and it is carefully watched). So telling me to get out is pointless as I have no control over it.

I mean that thing went up 10000% in last 5 years so There are going to be sellers after such an amazing return. Tesla is currently in bear market and there needs to be capitulation before it can start moving upwards again.

Overall world economy is down or crawling and it’s impacting most companies
Tesla stock maybe down due to economy. Stock split twice in last 3 years. I am not overly concerned, it will rebound in 2023.
