The USSR at one point was the largest producers of Tractors and Agriculture equipment not surprised they Belarus,Ukriane,Kazakhstan have taken advantage of that.Belarussian tractors are also in Pakistan with local production

@vostok Lots of Belarusians here in West Hollywood area in LA. Some of them very polished, sophisticated and educated. A very friendly bunch as far as I have seen.
