I read on twitter it means "reech" or bear. They are using it for Aimal wali khan as he is running against IK in that constituency (which must be a medal among these lemurs, even running and losing against IK comes with bragging rights). also cuz he's fat.

Meloo in pashto is bear. While using this term for a person, it means someone fat, lazy and stupid.
