Non sensical article.Muslims cannot assimilate with non Muslims.They broke up India into two.They are responsible for numerous bomb blasts in India.Muslims in India would want to break this country further if given a chance.Yesterday in the old city of Hyderabad Muslims pelted stones at police after juma namaz in protest of killing of five terrorists by police in an encounter.Muslims live in separate ghettos in India.

Look at how many poor religiously/ethnically non-homogeneous countries started off independent since 1947 and have remained as one unit? India has blossomed in spite of the issues we have faced (or facing) and things such as non-uniform civil code has helped us in that regard. There are obviously challenges but nothing we cannot address and solve from where we currently are.

India will survive and rise, I have no issue with that proposition; what I do take issue is the crux of the propaganda this TIME article seeks to propagate, that Muslims in India set some example for the world.

If they want an example of what happens in India in Muslim majority, go talk to Kashmiri Pandits. As is repeatedly said, India is a secular country because of its Hindu majority.

However, no one is US, certainly not the Christian right is going to agree with the concessions we Hindus have made towards the 'peaceful' minority in India.

most hindus dont even marry outside their own caste... they wont like to live near muslims even in cities...
the problem is on both sides.
