If there was no Americas, then Europe would have been very different.
The emigration to the U.S. allowed Europe to handle overpopulation problems.
The help of France to the US during the war of Independence, bankrupted France
and caused the revolution.
One possible world without the US, would be a Europe still ruled by aristocracy/monarchs.
The US put a lot of pressure on U.K. to terminate the rule of India,
so maybe that would still be a part of the British Empire.
Likewise the US stopped U.K. and France in 1956 during the Suez crisis.

Unlikely Japan had acted the same way. It would just have continued,
and eventually defeated China.

Think Germany would still have been defeated in WW1, but it would have taken longer.

Germany would still be ruling Europe, and would have defeated U.K. In the middle East
so Arabs would be under German rule, or exterminated if there were revolts.

With Arab oil and no Americans to worry about, the fight with Soviet would have
been much more even. If Soviets won, then Europeans would have been singing
the Soviet National Anthem.

A lot of inventions would not have happened. No Christie, hence no T-34...

If USA was wiped out tomorrow, lets say from a supervolcanoe, then China would be in deep trouble.
A lot of wealth is generated by producing for US companies.
The economy of the world is so intertwined that this would cause a major worldwide recession.

Thing is one may thrash USA verbally as much as he wants,but if any other power were to gain same hegemony they would act similarly or even worse.At least US public keeps govt. in check to a degree.Urge to dominate is innate in human beings,makes us feel special.

It is a stupid question, and I say that kindly, because it presume that ALL relationships, of any degree and type, with the US are negative ones. It also presume that countries do not interfere in other countries' affairs. But I guess an invasion, like Germany to Poland, does not qualify as 'interference', right ?

If there was no U.S. there would have been total peace in the world. Nobody would have been dead. Before America was born, there was total peace. Now the world is in a crapper.

The other side of this question. If there's no US, will no other big countries interfere with smaller countries? Yesterday (Imperial Japan, British, USSR and Nazi German) and today (Russia, India and China) already prove they will and want to interfere.

Ok, so tomorrow a 1000ft tidal wave in the Pacific (going in one direction) swamps Hawaii, Alaska, and crosses the North American continent from California to Maine/Florida. Luckily for Canada and Mexico the wave was pretty straight and missed them. All the US military and expatriates had come home for some reason.

Then what....oh boy...all hell breaks loose!

Taiwan gets taken over by China, Japan gets flattened, and China immediately grabs every island in the South China Sea. They then try and figure out what is the next best thing to do.
North Korea immediately invades the South.
The Middle East goes crazy because Israel and Saudi know Russia will arm Iran to the teeth so they try and do some pre-emptive strike before things get so lopsided it will be hopeless. Same probably with Syria.

Putin doesn't even know where to start. He'd be like a kid in a candy store. He may just start a 100% war with China since they would pretty much be his only serious world threat. If he can get them under his control he pretty much has military domination at his fingertips plus he figures the European's don't have the mobility to help the Chinese and they are too busy worrying about how to defend themselves. He attacks China and Europe goes into a defensive build-up hunker-down approach knowing they are in deep trouble. They stop all external arms shipments. Pakistan and India do a wait-and-see approach.
